Terms and Conditions
Thank you for participating in ATD 2024 Asia Conference & EXPO (“APC”). The following are this year’s terms and conditions of registration. By participating in APC, you agree to these Notices so please read them carefully.
Accessibility
A conference badge allows an attendee entry to ATD 2024 APC sessions and EXPO area based on your attendee registration type. It does not guarantee admission to every session, lounge, or meeting area. Admission is also subject to venue capacity and other requirements.
Age and Admission Policy
Due to the professional nature of the conference, children under 18 years of age are not permitted to attend. All attendees must always wear their conference badge.
Badge Scanning
Your name badge is printed with a QR code that contains the contact and demographic information you provided when you registered for ATD 2024 Asia Pacific Conference & EXPO. Exhibitors may request permission to scan your badge to add your information to their contact database. By agreeing to have your badge scanned by the Exhibitor, you are consenting to allow it to communicate with you directly. All such communication is governed by the privacy policies of the Exhibitors performing the scan. Once your badge is scanned, it is your responsibility to manage your communication preferences directly with that Exhibitor. You may opt out of badge scanning by verbally declining to allow the Exhibitor to scan your badge.
Cancellation Policy
If unforeseen circumstances prevent attendance at the conference, please notify ATD Networking Taiwan by email at atd@atdtw.org to cancel your registration and process a refund. If you cancel before September 25, a 10% processing fee will be deducted from the registration fee, and the remaining amount will be refunded. No refunds will be issued for cancellations after September 25.
Participant information modification
If individual registrant needs to modify your registration details, please log in to APC registration website to correct the registration information before September 25. If you are a group registrant or modifications are required after September 26, please notify ATD Networking Taiwan by email at atd@atdtw.org. Also, a company-stamped certification must be provided to make any changes to the registration information.
Photo & Video Policies
No photography, video recording or live streaming is allowed during all the sessions in the Conference.

Receive Confirmation of Registration

Complete registration required full payment and the relevant supporting document. Please be noted that the registration will be not processed without the documentation.

Receipt can be downloaded under the receipt item of the payment record in the APC registration system.

Payment must be made in New Taiwan Dollar and by credit card only. Accept Visa, MasterCard, JCB credit card payments online.
Registration Confirmation
Registration confirmations are auto generated and sent to the email address provided during the registration check out process. If you did not receive your confirmation, please contact ATD Networking Taiwan by sending e-mail to atd@atdtw.org.
Wi-Fi Service
Wi-Fi service is available in both the conference room and the exhibition hall. Search for the SSID: TICC Free Wifi.
